The excellent party-throwers and litmag-producers over at One Story are holding a craft talk featuring HERS-alum Myla Goldberg at the Center of Fiction (Dec. 2nd). Sounds like you can get in for free by donating a book to their Books for NYC Schools program, being a Center of Fiction member or a subscriber to One Story or an awesome person. Kidding, if you’re just awesome you have to pay $8 at the door.
(In case you don’t remember, Myla’s band ‘The Walking Hellos’ killed it when they covered the pixies’ Gigantic at Joe’s Pub. Something tells me she won’t be doing that on December 2nd, but you’ll probably find lots of other reasons to love her.)
