My brother is on the board of an amazing program called, Bent On Learning, that brings free yoga into schools, to teach kids, in grades K-12, how to de-stress and relax.
Last year they had a great benefit at Donna Karan’s Urban Zen Center (this is an AMAZING space that offers great programs and you must must must check it out). And this year, they’re having another.
